Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed through new.cleosdeco.com between the customer and Georgela-Mariana Cucuiet, Greuner Brook 1, 21271 Hanstedt, Deutschland ("we", "Cleo's Deco").

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices and shipping

All prices are in EUR (or RON / their local equivalent at checkout) and final, with no VAT shown under § 19 UStG (small business rule). Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed via the displayed payment service provider.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 5–14 business days for in-stock pieces. Custom commissions are produced in 2–4 weeks; we agree on a delivery date during the briefing.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. See the dedicated Right of withdrawal page for details and the model withdrawal form. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (Sec. 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery for new goods.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only in case of breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to typical foreseeable damages.

9. Final provisions

The contract is governed by German law, with the exception of the conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Place of performance is the seat of the seller.
